Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with precision
- Provide exceptional customer service while resolving account inquiries and concerns
- Operate bank equipment including cash drawers, check scanners, and ATMs
- Balance daily transactions and maintain accurate financial records
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell bank products and services
- Adhere to all banking regulations and security protocols
- Assist with branch operations as needed including opening/closing procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Basic computer proficiency with ability to learn banking software
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
