Responsibilities
- Process deposits, withdrawals, and account transfers with 100% accuracy
- Resolve client inquiries regarding balances, fees, and digital banking tools
- Cross-sell financial products (credit cards, loans, savings accounts)
- Maintain cash drawer compliance and audit documentation
- Uphold strict security protocols for fraud prevention
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve monthly sales targets
- Participate in community outreach initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
