Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with accuracy and efficiency, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Provide exceptional service by resolving inquiries and promoting bank products/services
- Maintain secure cash handling procedures and strict compliance with banking regulations
- Open new accounts and assist customers with account maintenance needs
- Balance cash drawers and daily transactions while adhering to audit protocols
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales and service goals
- Utilize banking software to document transactions and maintain customer records
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or cash handling role
- Strong knowledge of banking regulations and compliance standards
- Proficiency with banking software and basic MS Office applications
- Excellent communication skills and bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency required
