Responsibilities
- Process transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding accounts, balances, and services
- Cross-sell bank products (credit cards, loans, savings accounts)
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Balance cash drawer and daily reconciliation reports
- Assist with new account openings and documentation
- Collaborate with branch management to improve customer experience
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with banking software and MS Office Suite
- Strong math aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must pass background check and credit review
- Spanish bilingual preferred for Albuquerque market
