Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with precision and speed, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Identify and cross-sell banking products tailored to client needs (e.g., loans, credit cards, investment accounts)
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining a 95% satisfaction rate
- Adhere to strict regulatory compliance protocols including KYC and AML procedures
- Contribute to branch success by achieving monthly sales targets and service metrics
- Maintain accurate transaction records and cash drawer accountability
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cash handling experience in retail, hospitality, or financial services
- Proven ability to multitask in high-volume transaction environments
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with diverse clientele
- Basic knowledge of banking regulations (FDIC, Reg E, BSA)
- Proficient in CRM software and digital banking platforms
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
