Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with precision
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for bank products (credit cards, loans, savings accounts)
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding account balances, fees, and digital banking services
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transaction reports
- Assist with new account openings and documentation verification
- Collaborate with branch management to achieve monthly sales targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or cash handling
- Proficiency with basic math and 10-key calculator functions
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Familiarity with banking software (e.g., Fiserv, Jack Henry)
- Pass background check and credit verification
- Tennessee Banking License (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
