Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with precision
- Deliver outstanding service by resolving inquiries, educating on products, and building client relationships
- Maintain accurate cash balances, reconcile transactions, and adhere to security protocols
- Actively promote financial products and services to meet customer needs
- Collaborate with branch teams to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer experiences
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service or cash handling experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with banking software
