Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Resolve account inquiries and troubleshoot issues efficiently
- Cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer needs
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Balance cash drawer and reconcile daily transactions
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales targets
Qualifications
- 1+ years of banking or cash handling experience required
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Proficiency with banking software and MS Office Suite
- New Jersey banking license or ability to obtain immediately
