- Process customer transactions with accuracy and efficiency, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers

- Actively cross-sell banking services to meet customer financial needs
- Balance daily transactions and maintain precise records per compliance standards
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales and service goals

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with banking software and digital transaction systems
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (bilingual preferred)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass background check and pre-employment screening
