Responsibilities
- Process transactions with 100% accuracy while maintaining cash drawer compliance
- Deliver personalized customer service for deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries
- Proactively identify opportunities to promote bank products and services
- Resolve customer concerns promptly using our 4-step resolution framework
- Contribute to branch security protocols and fraud prevention measures
- Maintain organized digital and physical records of all transactions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Proficiency with banking software and MS Office suite
- Ability to pass federal background check and credit check
- Strong mathematical aptitude with attention to detail
- Valid Texas state driver's license (for branch mobility)
- Spanish bilingualism strongly preferred
