Responsibilities
- Process 50+ daily transactions with 99% accuracy, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Deliver personalized customer service by identifying financial needs and cross-selling bank products
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries and disputes with empathy and efficiency
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions
- Participate in branch promotions and community outreach events
- Collaborate with wealth management team to identify investment opportunities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with banking software and digital platforms
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Federal banking compliance certification (within 90 days of hire)
- Positive attitude and passion for financial literacy
