Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Resolve account inquiries and provide personalized financial solutions
- Cross-sell bank products/services to meet customer needs
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions
- Contribute to branch goals through exceptional client engagement
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- 1+ years cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency in banking software and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Familiarity with Chicago financial landscape a plus
