Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with precision, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for banking products and services
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding account balances and transaction histories
- Balance cash drawers and prepare daily reconciliation reports
- Support branch operations by assisting with audits and inventory management
- Collaborate with team members to achieve branch performance goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with banking software and digital transaction systems
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
