Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with precision and efficiency
- Deliver exceptional in-person and digital banking support
- Identify and cross-sell financial products/services
- Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and records
- Resolve customer inquiries using problem-solving skills

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficiency in banking software and digital platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Pass background check and credit review
- Familiarity with GA financial regulations preferred
