Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for bank products and services to enhance client relationships
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding account balances, fees, and digital banking features
- Maintain cash drawer compliance and perform daily reconciliation procedures
- Adhere to all banking regulations including BSA/AML and KYC requirements
- Assist with new account openings and documentation verification
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve monthly sales targets
- Participate in community outreach events to strengthen bank presence
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong proficiency with basic computer applications and digital banking platforms
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex financial concepts
- Detail-oriented with exceptional accuracy in transaction processing
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
- Knowledge of banking regulations (FDIC, Reg CC, Reg E) preferred
- Arizona Notary Public certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
