Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients, resolving inquiries, and identifying financial solutions
- Balance cash drawers daily and maintain strict adherence to security protocols
- Cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer needs and branch goals
- Operate teller equipment and digital banking platforms efficiently
- Collaborate with branch staff to ensure smooth operations and compliance with regulations
- Contribute to a positive team environment through proactive communication and support
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum 6 months cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy skills
