Responsibilities
- Process 30+ daily transactions with 99.5% accuracy
- Resolve client inquiries using our proprietary CRM system
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for premium banking products
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions
- Adhere to all federal banking compliance regulations
- Collaborate with branch managers on client retention strategies
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
