Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial plans tailored to clients' goals, risk tolerance, and time horizons
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular portfolio reviews and proactive communication

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Series 7 and Series 66/63/65 securities licenses (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- 3+ years of financial planning, wealth management, or sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and client acquisition goals
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex financial concepts into actionable advice
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for diverse client interactions
- Self-motivated with ability to thrive in flexible, independent work environment
- Professional certifications (CFP, CFA, or ChFC) preferred
