Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving account inquiries, addressing concerns, and promoting bank products
- Balance cash drawer daily and maintain strict compliance with banking regulations
- Open new accounts, process check orders, and assist with loan applications
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and refer customers to appropriate specialists
- Maintain organized records of transactions and customer interactions
- Contribute to branch security protocols and fraud prevention measures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with banking software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of banking regulations (Regulations CC, E, D, Z)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours including weekends
