Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Provide exceptional service to address client inquiries and resolve account issues
- Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate transaction records
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for bank products/services
- Adhere to all security protocols and compliance regulations
- Assist with ATM maintenance and night vault services
- Train new tellers on operational procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with banking software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must pass background check and credit review
