Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with precision including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized service and financial guidance
- Identify and cross-sell banking products to meet customer needs
- Maintain accurate records and comply with banking regulations and security protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining positive brand representation
- Contribute to branch goals through proactive sales and service initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service or cash handling experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficiency with banking software and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
