Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for exempt and non-exempt employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings in compliance with federal/state regulations
- Conduct payroll audits and resolve discrepancies with precision
- Administer employee benefits including 401(k) enrollment and health insurance
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and terminations
- Generate payroll reports for leadership and external audits
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience in Hawaii
- Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now or similar HCM systems
- Expert knowledge of federal/state payroll tax laws (FICA, FUTA, HI TET)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- PHR/SPHR or CPP certification highly desirable
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP
