Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional service by identifying client needs and recommending appropriate financial products
- Maintain cash drawer compliance and perform daily balancing procedures
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to branch management
- Cross-sell bank services including credit cards, loans, and digital banking solutions
- Adhere to all banking regulations and security protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years of customer service or cash handling experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficiency in banking software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
- Must pass background check and credit review
