Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Build trust by identifying client needs and recommending appropriate banking products
- Maintain strict compliance with federal regulations and bank security protocols
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions promptly
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently while maintaining service standards
- Collaborate with branch staff to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in cash handling or customer service role
- Proficiency with banking software and basic MS Office applications
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex financial concepts simply
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle multiple transactions simultaneously
- Must pass background check and credit check
