Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with precision including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Provide exceptional service by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting bank products
- Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and adhere to strict security protocols
- Open new accounts, explain features, and ensure proper documentation completion
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales goals and service standards
- Utilize banking software to update customer records and transaction history
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current on financial regulations and products
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficiency with banking software and MS Office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
