Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with precision and efficiency, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving account issues
- Actively promote bank products and services to meet customer financial goals
- Maintain accurate cash handling and daily reconciliation records
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve customer satisfaction and sales targets
- Assist with ATM operations and night vault services as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year of cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
