Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Resolve account inquiries and educate clients on digital banking tools
- Uphold strict compliance protocols for fraud prevention and regulatory standards
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions
- Cross-sell bank products based on customer needs
- Collaborate with branch managers to optimize service efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficient in basic arithmetic and financial software
- Ability to multitask in high-volume settings
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Texas Notary Public certification preferred
- Excellent verbal communication in English/Spanish bilingual preferred
