Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with precision
- Open new accounts and provide product information on checking, savings, and loans
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with empathy and efficiency
- Balance cash drawer and maintain accurate transaction records
- Cross-sell bank products and services based on customer needs
- Adhere to all regulatory compliance procedures and security protocols
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve customer satisfaction and sales goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Proficiency with banking software and digital platforms
- Valid Texas driver's license (required for branch visits)
