Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with precision
- Balance cash drawers daily and maintain accurate transaction records
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products and services
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding account balances, fees, and policies
- Adhere to strict compliance protocols for anti-money laundering regulations
- Assist with ATM maintenance and night drop processing
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve customer satisfaction goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficient with basic computer applications and banking software
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Must pass background check and credit verification
- Previous banking or financial services experience a plus
