Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement
- Prepare and file accurate tax returns while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and budget forecasting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support audits and strategic financial initiatives
- Maintain internal controls and implement robust accounting systems for scalability
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with remote work exposure
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Excel (VBA a plus)
- Proven expertise in GAAP, tax compliance, and financial statement preparation
