Responsibilities
- Process transactions with precision and accuracy, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries and offering financial solutions
- Balance cash drawers and maintain strict compliance with banking regulations
- Actively promote credit union products and services to meet member needs
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and referral generation
- Maintain organized records and documentation of all transactions
- Collaborate with branch team to ensure seamless operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year of cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of banking regulations and procedures
- Proficiency with banking software and MS Office applications
