Responsibilities
- Process transactions accurately including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve account inquiries
- Balance cash drawer daily and maintain strict compliance protocols
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for bank products/services
- Assist with new account openings and documentation
- Operate teller equipment efficiently and troubleshoot basic issues
- Uphold bank security policies and fraud prevention standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years of cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong math aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Proficiency with basic banking software and MS Office
- Familiarity with banking regulations (e.g., BSA, AML)
