Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Build genuine relationships with clients to understand their financial needs
- Resolve account discrepancies and escalate complex issues to senior staff
- Promote bank products and services to meet sales targets
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Balance cash drawers and daily transactions meticulously
- Provide exceptional service to all customers in-person and via phone
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and banking software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Pass background check and credit check requirements
