Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Provide personalized financial guidance and cross-sell bank products/services
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly using STAR methodology
- Maintain cash drawer compliance and daily reconciliation procedures
- Uphold strict security protocols and anti-fraud measures
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve monthly sales targets
- Participate in community outreach events for financial literacy
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Proficient in basic arithmetic and financial software (e.g., Fiserv, Jack Henry)
- Excellent communication skills with diverse clientele
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation
