Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries and promoting bank products/services
- Maintain cash drawer compliance and daily reconciliation procedures
- Safeguard customer assets while adhering to all banking regulations and security protocols
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for credit cards, loans, and investment products
- Assist with branch operational tasks including ATM maintenance and document processing
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless branch operations and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in finance preferred
- 1+ years of customer service or cash-handling experience required
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficiency with banking software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills with ability to resolve customer concerns
- Ability to stand for extended periods and multitask efficiently
- Must pass background check and fingerprint verification
- Basic knowledge of banking regulations (FDIC, BSA) preferred
