- Safeguard branch assets and maintain cash drawer accountability
- Operate provided banking technology (ATMs, security systems, digital platforms)
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for deposit and loan products
- Resolve customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism
- Adhere to all regulatory compliance procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with provided banking software and equipment
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays
- Successful background check required
