Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and cash checks with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional service by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting banking products
- Maintain cash drawer compliance and perform daily balancing procedures
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for credit cards, loans, and investment products
- Adhere to all banking regulations, security protocols, and anti-fraud measures
- Assist with branch operations including ATM maintenance and night deposits
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless customer flow and service quality
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with basic financial software and digital banking tools
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Must pass background check and pre-employment screening
