Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting bank products
- Balance cash drawer daily and maintain strict adherence to security protocols
- Open new accounts and assist customers with digital banking services
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell bank products and services
- Participate in community events to enhance bank visibility
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless branch operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and banking software
- Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Texas Notary Public certification a plus
