Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with precision
- Provide exceptional service by resolving account inquiries and promoting digital banking solutions
- Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate transaction records daily
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for banking products and services
- Adhere to regulatory compliance protocols and security procedures
- Collaborate with branch team to ensure seamless customer experiences
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with ability to resolve customer concerns
- Proficiency in banking software and MS Office applications
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Valid Hawaii driver's license and clean background check
