Responsibilities
- Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Provide personalized financial guidance to members regarding accounts, services, and digital banking tools
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining compliance with banking regulations
- Actively promote credit union products and services to meet member needs
- Maintain secure cash handling procedures and daily reconciliation records
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales and service goals
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays
- Familiarity with banking software and MS Office suite
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Alaska residency required (or relocation assistance available)
