Responsibilities
- Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve account inquiries in person and via phone
- Actively promote bank products and services to meet customer financial needs
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Balance cash drawers and daily transactions with meticulous attention to detail
- Assist customers with digital banking tools and self-service options
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales and service goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Proficiency with banking software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Basic knowledge of financial regulations and security procedures
- Pass background check and credit check requirements
