Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell bank products and services tailored to client needs
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding accounts, fees, and banking services promptly
- Maintain strict adherence to security protocols and regulatory compliance standards
- Balance cash drawers and daily transaction reports with meticulous attention to detail
- Collaborate with branch team members to ensure seamless customer service operations
- Contribute to branch growth goals by referring qualified clients to business banking partners
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in finance preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or cash-handling role
- Strong mathematical aptitude and proficiency with financial systems
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts simply
- Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced, regulated environment
- Basic knowledge of banking regulations (e.g., BSA, AML) is required
