Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Resolve account inquiries and resolve customer concerns promptly
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products/services
- Maintain strict adherence to security protocols and compliance standards
- Balance cash drawer and reconcile daily transactions
- Contribute to branch goals through active customer engagement
- Participate in ongoing training and process improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Basic knowledge of financial regulations (e.g., BSA, AML)
- Proficient with banking software and MS Office applications
