Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Build trusted relationships by identifying client needs and offering personalized financial solutions
- Maintain strict cash drawer compliance and perform daily balancing procedures
- Uphold rigorous security protocols to protect customer assets and sensitive information
- Actively cross-sell bank products while maintaining exceptional service standards
- Collaborate with branch team to resolve complex account inquiries efficiently
- Participate in quarterly community outreach initiatives to strengthen local presence
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with banking software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with diverse clientele
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Valid Missouri driver's license and clean background check
- Basic knowledge of FINRA regulations and banking compliance
