Responsibilities
- Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with precision
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through personalized service and product education
- Identify opportunities to promote digital banking solutions and cross-sell financial products
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to maintain 100% accuracy
- Uphold strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Collaborate with branch team to resolve customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum 6 months cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and banking software
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays
- Successful background check and credit verification required
