Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with precision and efficiency including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized service and proactive problem-solving
- Balance cash drawers daily and adhere to strict security protocols to prevent fraud
- Actively cross-sell bank products and services tailored to customer financial needs

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of cash handling or customer service experience
- Proven ability to perform accurate transactions and balance accounts
