Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with precision
- Provide personalized financial guidance and product recommendations
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions
- Resolve customer inquiries and service issues efficiently
- Uphold strict security protocols for cash and confidential information
- Actively cross-sell bank products and services
- Maintain organized and accurate transaction records
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years of cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficient with basic office software and banking systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays
- Tennessee Notary Public certification preferred
- Pass background check and credit verification
