Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through personalized financial guidance
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for bank products and services
- Balance cash drawer daily and adhere to strict compliance protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining positive rapport
- Assist with new account openings and documentation verification
- Contribute to branch security procedures and fraud prevention efforts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic proficiency with banking software and Microsoft Office
- Must pass background check and credit screening
- Oklahoma banking compliance certification preferred
