- Process customer transactions with precision and efficiency including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Provide exceptional customer service while resolving account inquiries and issues
- Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate transaction records
- Actively promote bank products and services to meet customer needs
- Adhere to strict security protocols and regulatory compliance standards
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales and service goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and banking software
- Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor
- Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays
