Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with accuracy and efficiency
- Build relationships with clients to identify cross-selling opportunities
- Resolve account inquiries and escalate complex issues to banking specialists
- Maintain compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions

Qualifications

- 1+ years cash handling or customer service experience preferred
